Parker Towers is within walking distance of great restaurants and nightspots including TGI Fridays, Starbucks and Santa Fe Steakhouse, to mention just a few. Also nearby, are banks and a post office. For shopping, the apartments are only minutes away from Eddie Bauer, Barnes & Noble, Banana Republic and Victoria’s Secret. Gas and electricity are included in the rent at the Parker Towers. New carpeting is featured throughout, as are the great views. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with trees and flowers and there is a playground for children.

There are affordable Queens rentals to be found. It just may take a little more searching, but a nice, safe, and priced-just-right apartment is out there.
